Joetta McCruter-Polk is the Foster Care Recruiter/Public Relations Coordinator at Richland County Children Services. A resident of Mansfield, Ohio, she is a graduate of St. Peters High School and The Ohio State Universality with a B.A. in Journalism, sequence of Public Relations. A member of the Church of God in Christ, Joetta truly loves the Lord and has a passion for the work she is called to do. Her mission is to voices for the many children in foster care who cannot speak for themselves.
