Title: Reinventing Yourself This Year and In This Moment
Topic: As we launch with enthusiasm into a New Year, this can be the only narrow window we allow ourselves to let go of the baggage of our past. But we have the ability to set ourselves free to meet every moment with an open heart, regardless of the conditions we find ourselves in.
The concept of “Being Time” (Uji) underlies this approach to our lives. We will explore Being Time and the practical techniques of kindness (Metta) practice to put this into action to free ourselves. We will then discuss the day to day implications of all this for our capacity to help others in our troubled 21st century America.
